VERB Hair Products Review

August 16, 2019

Hello Beautiful!

First of all this is my first post that I am specifically writing for the new “According to Ashlee” website. Welcome! Thank you to Olivia and her team at blogerize.com for creating this amazing theme for me in order to make this website happen. I am so in love with it! This is something that I have been wanting to do for such a long time. I started my blog one random semester in college and have now fallen in love with it. I can wait to share more with you and grow my site. If you have any tips please let me know!

Anyways, today I wanted to share with you a hair products brand that I have been loving to death. Thanks to my boss (yes, I know, some think it’s weird that I am close with my boss) who shared this brand with me. The first ever product that I tried from VERB was the Ghost Oil and it is literally my #holygrail. If you can’t tell from my pictures, I have really thick and curly hair. It’s always frizzy, always all over the place and I have stayed away from using heat on my hair for the past 2 months or so, which means that it is a must to use great products to keep this mane tamed, lol.

VERB is a company that started in Austin, TX. They thrive in being an affordable, luxury hair care brand and that is exactly what they are. They are that middle ground price to where you are paying that happy medium between crazy overpriced luxury products and the drugstore products that make your hair feel dead after each use. I love that VERB is affordable but it also feels like i’m using salon grade products in my own shower.

The Ghost Shampoo and Conditioner are 12 oz bottles and they cost $16 each. This seems like a lot, especially for a college student on a budget, although believe me when I say that a little goes a long way with the majority of these products. Like I said, I have really thick, curly hair and the shampoo lathers up super quick and covers my whole head with about half the product that I would typically use with any other drugstore product. This is the same for the Ghost Hair Oil. A little definitely goes a long way and it is fantastic. The first time I tried it was when my boss gave me the sample size that she bought which you can get on their website as well if you don’t want to spend the $16 to get the full size bottle. That little .57 oz bottle lasted me for over a month and I used that product every single day.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend trying these products, especially the VERB Ghost Line. They have many other products for the Ghost line that I have yet to try but you better believe that I will be placing another order to try the rest.

I was also granted the opportunity to become apart of #verbfriends which is VERB’s affiliate program. They have been the best brand to work with and I can’t wait to see what happens with them and to see them flourish. If you are interested in trying any of their products, even if you want to only buy samples of everything to try, please use the link right here to get 16% off your next purchase. I would love to hear how you all like it. Please let me know what you think by commenting down below or messaging me on Instagram.

I love sharing short little snip-bits on their of reviews or ideas or even just quotes that are easy to share straight to social media rather than taking the time to write an entire post about it. Thank you all for reading. Have a wonderful day!
